Individual Counseling
I offer in person and tele-health therapy sessions, for adults 18+, that reside in Oregon.

Fees:
My private pay rate is $150 per 55 minute session.
Sliding scale session rate is available based on financial needs.

Cancellations, Late, and Missed Appointments
Cancelling an appointment up to 48 hours prior to your appointment incurs no charge for the missed session. Please reach out to Mindful Therapy Group to reschedule at:

Any cancelled appointments after the 48 hour in advance limit are subject to the client being charged the full out-of-pocket session cost ($150 and not covered by insurance). When emergencies happen please reach out as soon as possible.
Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive to appointments. Arriving 10 or more minutes late to session may result in being charged the full out-of-pocket session cost ($150 and not covered by insurance).
